All our books are printed on demand, which means we start production once you place your order.

Production time: 3–5 business days

Shipping time: Depends on your selected delivery method and location.

Why does it take longer than Amazon or big stores?

We’re a small, independent publishing house, not a large corporation. Each book is created individually, and we don’t keep bulk stock. While we can’t match Amazon’s speed, we offer a more intentional and personal experiences.

Our timeline reflects the reality of being a small, mission-driven publishing house.

We recommend ordering early, especially for gifts or events.

What if my book arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re here to help! If your book arrives with a printing issue, damage, or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To speed up the process, kindly take clear photos of the issue and email them to us at customerservice@littlehibba.com

We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the situation.
